Open the Post Planning document and locate the line that you need to fill in for your post.

Input your name to claim the post and pre-write your caption. You can update the caption later, if needed.

AT LEAST two days before the post date, input the link to your Canva design and tag Liz and Elsa to notify them that the post is ready for review.

Liz and/or Elsa will review and initial. When at least one of them have approved and initialed, the post is ready to go!
