This Wednesday, November 4th from 8-9PM VISAS will be hosting a Mindfulness Training Session led by Jinyoung Hwang, one of our International Participants. Jinyoung will teach us about mindfulness and its benefits and lead us through a brief guided meditation. Towards the end of the hour, we will have an opportunity for reflection and to ask Jinyoung any questions about what we learned.
We want to offer this session as a moment of pause in which we can explore various means of taking care of ourselves. This is a time to cultivate mindfulness, compassion, resilience, and a sense of belonging in this difficult time.
